Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. In the case of pre-orders, the delivery time is indicated above and may be subject to production changes beyond our control. Packages are dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages may also be dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.

Returns are at the customer's expense. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order, in accordance with article L.221-19 of the French Consumer Code. After receipt of the parcel and verification of the product(s) by our team, a credit note will be issued within 15 days, provided that the products are in their original condition.
