Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.

In the case of pre-orders, the delivery time is indicated above and may be subject to changes beyond our control related to production.

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo and delivered to a pick-up point. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

 The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Returns are at the customer's expense. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order, in accordance with Article L.221-19 of the French Consumer Code. After receipt of the package and verification of the product(s) by our team, a credit note will be provided within 15 days, provided that the products are in their original condition.
